Full Response Text

What I can you however is that the Definitive Map of Public Rights of Way (PROW) is kept in the General Registry, along with the Definitive Statement, and they are available to view during opening hours which are typically 9:30am to 4:30pm Mon-Thurs, and 9:30am to 4:00pm Friday.

Diversions, extinguishments or closures require orders and Tynwald approval, therefore copies of these can be found on the Tynwald Library webpage http://www.tynwald.org.im/links/tls/SD/Pages/default.aspx

Any PROW brought to the attention of the Planning Department can be found on their webpage https://services.gov.im/planning-applications/
