FOI review request ­ July 1 2017  Reference: IM118480I      Date of submission 28 Jan 2018  Your review request     Details of review request* Your reply states your Office " does not have exclusive responsibility for organising or hosting presentations made  to Members of Tynwald". I would assume it does have responsibility for facilities within the Tynwald Building. As  such it seems reasonable to expect that there is some form of system for booking rooms by Members. Within that  system I would expect to see the name of the Member and that of the organisation making a presentation.  You do indicate that the Office does have booking information but to access it is beyond resources.  Please review this refusal.
