You asked for: “There is no drop down box for the Attorney General Chambers, could you ask him to provide me with copies of the Audited Accounts for the MSPCA for the last three years as they are registered as a Charity.“
Response to your request
Under section 11(3)(a) of the Freedom of Information Act 2015 we are refusing your request on the grounds that a practical refusal reason exists, namely that the Office of the Clerk of Tynwald does not hold the information that you have requested.
The Central Registry is the joint regulator of charities in the Isle of Man in conjunction with the Attorney General’s Chambers. The information you have requested is public information and therefore does not need to be the subject of a Freedom of Information request.
