REQUEST UNDER THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT 2015 (“the Act”) Thank you for your request received on 13th February 2018 for information under the Freedom of Information Act 2015 (FoIA).

The details of your request are:

I can confirm that 117 people have been dismissed from Government between 1 January 2013 and 31 December 2017. Included in the figure are people who were dismissed on the grounds of attendance, capability, conduct, performance and ‘some other substantial reason’.
