Please provide the following: How many Fixed Penalties have been quashed/withdrawn/cancelled following submissions of the 'Request for Review' process. The period is for the last two years, 2016 and 2017. At the IOM Courts there is a DOI Form available titled ‘Request for a Review’ for the fixed penalty process.
