The planters on Strang Road where installed at a cost of £18,189.
The Department is primarily responsible for the maintenance of the planter’s, however some residents have expressed an interest in maintaining the plants.
Under sections 11(3)(a) of the Act (practical refusal), in this instance the Department does not hold or cannot, after taking reasonable steps to do so, find any specific information to answer your question. We are unable to provide the future maintenance costs as we do not hold that information.
