Your request
A copy of all plans relating to the proposed new landing stage in the Mersey.
Response to your request
While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we are unable to provide the information you have requested; the reason and statutory exemption section are shown below.
At the moment we have not progressed any plans or drawings with regard to a new landing stage at Liverpool, only having just appointed a design team in early March, a couple of weeks ago. Any drawings you will have seen in the media will have been artist impressions from the land owners.
You may find it interesting however to see the attached location plan of the current landing stage and the land which the Department hopes to purchase for the new facilities at West Waterloo Dock.
Under section 11(2)(b) of the Act - (practical refusal reason) referencing s11(3)(a), the Act states that “the public authority does not hold or cannot, after taking reasonable steps to do so, find the information the applicant has requested”
