Your request You asked for: Question 01: “I would please like the details (preferably the report itself) of the recent review of the administrative/secretarial support undertaken at the Directorate of Mental Health, Noble Hospital (Ballamona?). I believe this review was undertaken in 2015 or 2016.” Response to your request We are pleased to be able to provide a response to your request. While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the Department of Health and Social Care (“the Department”) has had to make some redactions to the document requested. The reasons and exemptions for this are detailed below: Question 01: A copy of the 2015/16 Mental Health Directorate Administrative/Secretarial Support Review
Please find, as requested, a copy of the full administrative review report commissioned by the Mental Health Service in 2016 in Appendix 01. The review was conducted and report produced by Gaye Miller in November 2016. We have removed references to personal data as per the exemption under Section 25, Absolutely Exempt Personal Information and have marked these on the document.

The Mental Health Service Senior Management Team, with support of the Mental Health Management Board have commissioned an individual to further work on this report with a view to providing evidence in the form of data to support some of the recommendations. One of the recommendations, recruitment to a Clinical Administration Manager has been progressed; a post is currently out to advert.

It is important to note that the Board have not yet agreed which recommendations will be taken forward; these decisions will be made after the work has been done to provide an evidence-base.
