Dear REQUEST UNDER THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT 2015 (“the Act”) Thank you for your request to the Department of Health and Social Care, dated 23 May 2017 Your request You asked for: Question 01: “Please can you release copies of all emails sent between the Department of Health and Social Care and the Information Commissioners from 1 May 2016 to the date of this request relating to the Digital Strategy/Digital Inclusion Strategy” Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance Department of Health and Social Care (“the Department”) is unable to provide the information you have requested in Question 01. This is in line with section 11(3)a of the Act, as a practical refusal reason applies; namely we do not hold or cannot, after taking reasonable steps to do so, find the information that you have requested.
This is on the grounds that no emails have been sent between any Department staff and the Information Commissioners Office regarding the Digital Strategy/Digital Inclusion Strategy during the period requested, 1 May 2016 to 23 May 2017.
