Question 3: Staff turnover for Residential Support Workers (RSW) for Adult Learning Disabilities Services from 2012-2017 Response to your request We are pleased to be able to provide a response to your request with answers to your questions: Question 1: Staff turnover for Senior Residential Support Workers (SRSW) for Adult Learning Disabilities Services from 2012-2017. In answer to Question 1, the total SRSW turnover in the Adult Learning Disability Service (ALDS) is 14 SRSWs in 5 years (12 of these still working for ALDS). Question 2: Numbers of those who resigned, retired and stepped down (moved from SRSW to RSW). In answer to Question 2, the following table contains a breakdown of the ALDS staff turnover between 1st Jan 2012 – 31st Jan 2017 by turnover reason.
