Response to your Request:

1) A copy of the successful proposal for the running of the meat plant.

There was no winning tender for the Meat Plant procurement as the tender was ‘cancelled’. The plans for the new operation of the Meat Plant were presented to the industry on the 11th of December 2017 and are published here https://www.gov.im/media/1359679/meat-plant-industry-presentation-11th-december- 2017.pdf

2) Any costs associated with the tender process.

We do not hold any data on the cost of the tender except for the adverts in relation to the ‘Prior Information Notice’. The adverts cost a total of £609.60 ex VAT and appeared in the local press and the Meat Trades Journal. All officer time in assessing the tenders was completed as part of daily duties.
