Request under the Freedom of Information Act 2015 (FoIA) Ref: IM109726I – Accident at Isle of Man Meat Plant Thank you for your request dated 8th November 2017.
You asked: ‘I had an accident 01/11/2016 at the Isle of man Meats - I would like to have all related documentation from the date of the incident to current date. For example: Accident reports, internal and external emails, internal and external investigations, internal and external reports, Payslips and photographs of the related area. If a single document has my name on it, i would like it.’

Response to your Request:

We have separated your request into two parts and report as follows.

a) I would like to have all related documentation from the date of the incident to current date. For example: Accident reports, internal and external emails, internal and external investigations, internal and external reports, Payslips and photographs of the related area.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the Department does not hold or cannot, after taking reasonable steps to do so, find the information that you have requested. You may wish to contact Isle of Man Meats directly, who may be able to help you. Isle of Man Meats is a privately owned company and the Department does not hold information relating to your pay slips or any accident, unless it has been reported to the Department as part of the employers Health and Safety obligations.

b) If a single document has my name on it, i would like it.

As this part of your request is for your own personal data, the Department can neither confirm nor deny whether it holds the information requested. This information is absolutely exempt under section 25(1)(a) of the Act.
