Request under the Freedom of Information Act 2015 (the Act) Ref: IM109440I Horse & Plough fence etc Thank you for your request dated 6th November 2017. You asked: “Confirmation that the wooden fence to the rear of the Horse and Plough has been removed as per the planning approval granted for it. A copy of the planning independent inspectors as they apply to works on the roadway of Douglas Promenade”

Our aim is to provide information wherever possible and with this in mind I emailed you on the 8th November requesting clarification of the request. As no such clarification has been received within 28 days, as required under section 14(2) of the Act, no information can be provided on this occasion.
