You asked:
“When will the next document be issued into the Eastern Plan process and what will it be?”
Response
While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the information you
have requested is not held by this Department.
Due to the Cabinet Office (CO) now carrying out the “Planning Policy” function of government
and having responsibility for area plan preparation the information you request is held there. I
understand you have made a separate, but very similar request, to the CO so direct you to their
response.
Your right to request a review
If you are unhappy with this response to your Freedom of Information request, you may ask us
to carry out an internal review of the response, by completing a complaint form and submitting it
