Re: Freedom of Information Request – Reference Number IM105799I

Your Request:-

On the 4th September 2017, Clare Manser in her official capacity as Head Teacher of St. Thomas' Primary School asked parents to complete a survey in relation to the proposed co- location of St. Thomas'. This survey is available here https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/GM8SGWH and I believe only shared through the Facebook group specifically for St Thomas' parents, and managed by staff of the school. I would consider the data collected by this survey as owned by the Department of Education.

In relation to this data, please share the results from the following questions -

  1. Are you happy with the idea of Co location? -yes its a great idea -most definitely no -no but will work with it -not bothered

  2. Do you feel there are advantages to this move? -Yes -No

  3. Would you consider transferring your child to another school if colocation went ahead? -Yes -No

Can you also confirm the number of responses received?

I do not request the contents of the 'free text' boxes, as I appreciate how these may be considered personal data, with the potential to identify families in a relatively small community.
