Thank you for your request dated 12 March 2017.

You asked:
How many out of catchment area requests have been made in the years 2015/2016 and 2016/2017? Of these how many have been granted? How many appeals have been requested in the years 2015/2016 and 2016/2017? Of these appeals how many have been granted? How many times has the Minister for Education and Children overturned either the original decision of the Department or the Appeal Panel in the years 2015/2016 and 2016/2017?

These are school specific questions:- How many out of catchment area requests have been made to Ashley Hill Primary School in the years 2015/2016 and 2016/2017? How many of these requests have been granted? How many appeals have been requested? Of these appeals how many have been granted? How many times has the Minister for Education and Children overturned either the decision of the Department of the Appeal Panel.
