REQUEST UNDER THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT 2015 (“the Act”) Thank you for your on-line application dated 06 June 2017 requesting the following information:

“1. We're tenders obtained for the work carried out by Lord Lisvane? 2. Was a contract entered into for the service. 3 Can I have a copy of all correspondence emails etc between both parties.”

We corresponded and supplied details to information that was already publically available in the form of a previous FOI request, Lord Lisvane’s report and the dedicated Government webpage. This was to provide advice and assistance, under section 15 of the act, and enable you to adequately describe the information you required. On 08 July 2017 you responded, stating: “The only outstanding question was the service required put to a tender process.” Response to your request
We can advise that for the ‘Review of the Functioning of Tynwald’ inquiry, and in response to your question, due the specialised nature of the Review and the specific knowledge, skills and experience required to undertake it, that a tender process was not undertaken.
