We write further to your request dated 10th September 2017, which was received on 11th September and which states: “I would like to request

  1. a list of all current licence holders who have a licence to serve alcohol and the premises for which the licence has been granted; and

  2. a list of the applications for a licence to serve alcohol that have been submitted to the licensing Court but not heard yet.

Please provide the information in excel format where possible”

  1. With regard to the list requested at 1. above the information below has been produced in tabular form on the basis that you were seeking information in respect of premises which served alcohol for consumption on the premises or off the premises.

  1. In respect of 2. above in which you sought a list of applications for a licence to serve alcohol that have been submitted to the Licensing Court but not heard, I can advise that the following are due to be heard on 12th October 2017:-

    Leonardo’s, Castletown – application for an on-licence (restaurant conditions) Ocean, Douglas – application for an on-licence (restaurant conditions)

For your information Rules made under the Licensing Act 1995; applicants are required to publish a Notice in two local newspapers giving notice of applications advising that any objections should be submitted to the High Bailiff’s office.
