I write further to your request dated 28th October 2017, which was received on 30th October 2017 and which states:
“1. Can you please provide a breakdown of travel of island and hotels and bedroom type and beverage for the last three years 2. What was the reason for each travel requirement
3. Who went on each trip 4. The names of members of the Commissioners and payments they received over the last three years.” I enclose most of the information you requested. In response to parts 1, 2 & 3 please see table at appendix 1. Please note that whilst our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the GSC does not hold the information that you have requested relating to ‘beverage for the last three years’ and as such I must cite a practical refusal reason for the request under s11(3)(a) of the Freedom of Information Act 2015.

In response to part 4 – The GSC is required to have 5 Commissioners, each of which receives an annual honorarium, paid monthly (see table below).
