Our Response While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the information is absolutely exempt from disclosure under section 22 of the Freedom of Information Act 2015 in order to avoid an infringement of the privileges of Tynwald.

However, please note that PP2023/0032: Tynwald Standards and Members’ Interests Committee’s First Report for the Session 2022-23 includes the following evidence received by the Committee: 1. Letter from the Chief Minister to the President of Tynwald dated 17th November 2022. 2. Transcription of Manx Radio’s ‘Mannin Line’ programme of 12th December 2022. 3. Report by Dr Mark Egan dated 8th February 2023. 4. Email from Mr Callister to the Committee dated 16th February 2023. 5. Email from Mr Callister to the Committed dated 18th February 2023. Please find enclosed a copy of the certificate signed by the President of Tynwald certifying that the exemption is required to avoid the infringement of privileges of Tynwald. Please quote the reference number 3086865 in any future communications.
