Response At the time of the request the Department did not hold the information requested. It is not necessary and there is no requirement to hold the hyperlinks or other links.

Further Information As creating the hyperlinks from the website page was straightforward however, and as we have a duty to advise and assist (and we are happy to do so) hyperlinks have been created and included below.
