We write further to your request which was received on 27 September 2022 and which states:
"Is Payroll responsible for filed paperwork listing which MHKs are opting in or opting out of which pay award. If so have payroll kept these records in compliance with the OHR Records Management Policy. If the records are not retained in Payroll where are they?"
If the Payroll Team in the Office of Human Resources is provided with the detail to opt in or opt out of pay awards, payroll will be responsible for holding and retaining such data in compliance with the OHR Records Management Policy.
