Dear ###

We write further to your request which was received on 14 September 2022 and which states:

"Might you please advise 'How many one way streets, beside Hill Street, Douglas (left side 2 hours right side 1 hour,) have different parking limit times on each side.'"

Our response to your request is as follows: A one-way consolidated order and multiple disc zone orders exist, these outline one way streets and the waiting restrictions applicable on roads in disc zone areas. These are all publically available at: https://www.tynwald.org.im/links/tls/SD/Pages/default.aspx Under section 20 of the Act, we are not required to provide information in response to a request if it is already reasonably accessible to you, whether free of charge or on payment of a fee. Furthermore, the information is not held in the format requested. The creation of information detailing how many one way streets on the island have different parking limit times on each side, beside Hill Street, Douglas, would be take up a significant number of officer(s) working hours.
