We write further to your request which was received on 12 September 2022 which states:
"How many complaints by a Government employee have been made to Government HR against any board member of Digital Agency - part of the Department for Enterprise - in the last 5 years, what was the subject of the complaint and how many of the complaints were upheld?" The Office of Human Resources, has over the last 5 years received one complaint against a board member of the Digital Agency, Department for Enterprise. The complaint was made under the Isle of Man Government Fairness at Work Policy.
