We write further to your request which was received on 5 September 2022 and which states:

Our response to your request is as follows: I have enclosed copies of the information that is being released to you. These are the • Department of Health and Social Care Corporate Services Retention of Records Policy (Ratified date 26/02/2016) • Department of Health and Social Care Registration and Inspections Team Retention of Records Policy (Ratified date 27/06/2019)

Also for note, the Department of Health and Social Care’s policies are in the process of being reviewed. It is the intention of the Department to publish them on its website when they have been approved for use.
