We write further to your request which was received on 6 September 2022 and which states:
"What job role grades (EO, AO, AA) have a job title with 'customer service' in, in Payroll. Which job role grades were included in the original business case for the customer service team in Payroll?"
There are two job role grades, EO (Executive Officer) and AO (Administrative Officer) with ‘Customer Service’ in their job title in the payroll team. EO and AO grades were included in the business case for customer service positions in the payroll team. Please quote the reference number 2610489 in any future communications.
