Dear Vehicle Test Centre, I am writing to you with regards to making a new FOI request which is my right to do. MY FOI REQUEST IS; In the past two months since the beginning of July how many CARS have been tested for NOISE levels ? What is the legal NOISE limit in decibels that a CAR is safe to travel within ? In all of the cars that you have tested, how many of them have failed to meet the required NOISE limit ? I understand that you have a 20 working day response time to this FOI and I am happy to adhere to this rule.

We write further to your request which was received on 2nd September 2022 and which states:

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the public authority does not hold the information that you have requested.
