How much is outstanding for boat park fees in respect of each of the vessels and trailers shown in the photographs which follow and for which years; and 2. Has enforcement action been taken against the registered owners of the vessels concerned and/or the owners of the trailers, for the recovery of arrears? 3. Copies of all correspondence and documentation in respect of all such enforcement actions against the registered owners of the vessels and the owners of the trailers

We write further to your request which was received on 2 September 2022 and which states:
"Are any boat park fees outstanding for boats and/or trailers lying/dumped in the Department's Boat Park in Derbyhaven? If so - 1. How much is outstanding for boat park fees in respect of each of the vessels and trailers shown in the photographs which follow and for which years; and 2. Has enforcement action been taken against the registered owners of the vessels concerned and/or the owners of the trailers, for the recovery of arrears? 3. Copies of all correspondence and documentation in respect of all such enforcement actions against the registered owners of the vessels and the owners of the trailers"
Our response to your request is as follows: 1. How much is outstanding for boat park fees in respect of each of the vessels and trailers shown in the photographs which follow and for which years; Photograph IMG-9030(2) This is private land. Photograph IMG-9035 • White trailer – No outstanding dues. • Trailer – The trailer bears no identification mark and the owner is unknown. If the owner is not traced, the Department will dispose of the trailer at the end of October 2022. • Red Kayak – No outstanding fees. Photograph IMG-9032(3) This is private land.
Photograph IMG-9031 This is private land. 2. Has enforcement action been taken against the registered owners of the vessels concerned and/or the owners of the trailers, for the recovery of arrears? As no fees are outstanding from the vessels/trailers photographed, no enforcement action is required. 3. Copies of all correspondence and documentation in respect of all such enforcement actions against the registered owners of the vessels and the owners of the trailers. Not applicable as per above. Please quote the reference number 2608625 in any future communications.
