Dear ### We write further to your request which was received on 23 August 2022 and which states:

"Could you please let me know what happened to the TT scoreboard when it was dismantled."

Our response to your request is as follows: The scoreboard was dismantled and removed by the contractor, Tooms Ltd. A complete section was kept and donated to the Manx Museum, but the majority of the rest of the scoreboard was discarded due to its poor condition. The Department collated a list of interested parties and offered a small number of small sections to individuals or organisations on permanent loan. Please quote the reference number 2597857 in any future communications.
