Dear ###
We write further to your request which was received on 10 August 2022 and which states:
"Percentage of workforce currently off sick Percentage breakdown for reason being off sick. Eg stress, covid, illness etc Average time off sick in days. Percentage of workforce currently on annual leave How many positions are currently being recruited for Do all buses have trackers and how can they be turned off?" Our response to your request is as follows: The buses have dedicated trackers fitted; however, the vehicle’s location can be identified by the GPS facility within the ticket system which relies on the driver being logged into their ticket machine during service. The GPS on the ticket system is visible only when the driver logs on and off the machine. With regard to the remaining questions concerning employee absence and recruitment, the most current and up to date records will be held by the Office of Human Resources; therefore, you may wish to submit another freedom of information request to The Cabinet Office.
