We write further to your request which was received on 19 July 2022 and which states:
"please release any and all information related to consideration and implementation of employment practices liability insurance"
While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the Cabinet Office does not hold the information that you have requested. To provide advice and assistance, the Office of Human Resources (OHR) has not been able to locate any records relating to the consideration and implementation of employment practices liability insurance. Some job applicants may be required to provide evidence of a professional registration on recruitment and in some instances this may also include evidence of insurance in relation to their professional practice, however, records of individuals presenting such information are not collated. OHR cannot preclude the possibility that such insurance had been considered by a government employer at a local level however, it is not known that any have.
