Please provide full details of the necessary Regulations with regard to the above. 3. Please provide details of the application forms to apply for a car parking permit for this park and the details of the Appeal process. 3. For the purposes of the above is a motor caravan with a weight up to 3500kg classed as a car.

We write further to your request which was received on 18 July 2022 and which states:
