With reference specifically to the George Paddock Car Park, Castletown, I would like the following information for the time frame 01/01/21 to 17/06/22. 1) How many parking tickets have been issued? 2) How many tickets have been revoked? 3) What were the registration number(s) of the vehicles concerned? 4) Who revoked them? 5) What reason was given for revoking them? If possible could this be excel format with column headings as 1 - 5?

We write further to your request which was received on 17 June 2022 and which states:

"With reference specifically to the George Paddock Car Park, Castletown, I would like the following information for the time frame 01/01/21 to 17/06/22. 1) How many parking tickets have been issued? 2) How many tickets have been revoked? 3) What were the registration number(s) of the vehicles concerned? 4) Who revoked them? 5) What reason was given for revoking them? If possible could this be excel format with column headings as 1 - 5?"

Our response to your request is as follows: 1. 10 tickets were issued between 01/01/2021 and 17/06/2022 at George Paddock Car Park, Castletown. 2. 2 tickets were cancelled. 3/4. While our aim is to provide information wherever possible, in this instance the information being requested is exempt under section 25(2)(a) of the Freedom of Information Act. The Act states that ‘Information is absolutely exempt information if it constitutes personal data of which the applicant is not the data subject.’ 5. 1 ticket was cancelled due to officer error and 1 received no further action.
