While our aim is to is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance a practical refusal reason applies under section 11(3)(a) of the Freedom of Information Act 2015, as the Attorney General’s Chambers does not hold the information requested. In the interests of providing advice and assistance, in respect of the application of the practical refusal reason, an application for costs cannot be made as there have been no verdicts, as such costs to date have not been determined and therefore the information is not held.
