1. An organisation chart, aka a "family tree", showing the distribution of functions/divisions within the Cabinet Office and the hierarchy of control, as of today's date; and 2. The names of all Civil Service staff employed in the Cabinet Office as of today's date. 3 The job titles of all Civil Service staff employed in the Cabinet Office as of today's date; and 4. The Civil Service salary maxima of the Civil Servants referred to in 2. and 3. above; and 5. The names and job titles of all/any non- Civil Service persons engaged in employment, including self-employment, in the Cabinet Office. With regard to my 19th May 2022 I would be happy if this was now in respect of this only - An organisation chart, aka a "family tree", showing the distribution of functions/divisions within the Cabinet Office and the hierarchy of control, as of today's date; Change to request received 4 July 2022

We write further to your request which was received on 19 May 2022 and which states:
"1. An organisation chart, aka a "family tree", showing the distribution of functions/divisions within the Cabinet Office and the hierarchy of control, as of today's date; and 2. The names of all Civil Service staff employed in the Cabinet Office as of today's date. 3 The job titles of all Civil Service staff employed in the Cabinet Office as of today's date; and 4. The Civil Service salary maxima of the Civil Servants referred to in 2. and 3. above; and 5. The names and job titles of all/any non- Civil Service persons engaged in employment, including self-employment, in the Cabinet Office. On 4 July we wrote to you advising that Points 1- 4 of this request were duplicates of requests made in your earlier Freedom of Information request 2452521. You confirmed on the 4 July 2022 that: “With regard to my 19th May 2022 I would be happy if this was now in respect of this only - An organisation chart, aka a "family tree", showing the distribution of functions/divisions within the Cabinet Office and the hierarchy of control, as of today's date;”
I have attached the information that is being released to you in respect of the Cabinet Office Structure chart held at 19 May 2021. For advice and assistance, I offer some further context which I hope is useful. You may be aware that a number of changes have been made in Cabinet Office since the chart was produced, in respect of functions and staffing arrangements. These are
among reforms being driven by the interim Chief Secretary, who will commission a new structure chart when the process is complete. Please quote the reference number 2459717 in any future communications.
