Good morning, Please may you advise how many parking tickets were issued on the 2nd of April 2022 on Loch Promenade. Please may you also provide a breakdown of the offences. Of the tickets issued on Loch Promenade on the 2nd of April 2022, could you please let me know how many were appealed and how many were successful in their appeal. We write further to your request which was received on 19 May 2022 and which states:
"Please may you advise how many parking tickets were issued on the 2nd of April 2022 on Loch Promenade. Please may you also provide a breakdown of the offences. Of the tickets issued on Loch Promenade on the 2nd of April 2022, could you please let me know how many were appealed and how many were successful in their appeal. Could you please break this down by the offence that the parking ticket was issued for." Our response to your request is as follows: There were 32 parking tickets issued on Loch Promenade, Douglas, on the 2nd April 2022. All were issued for offence 1.2: parking a vehicle on prohibited or restricted road (“yellow lines” or “clearway”). We do not hold data for the number of appeals per offence; however, 2 tickets were successfully appealed.
