Please provide a map or details of adopted publicly funded and maintained highways around the Ballastowell Gardens, Ramsey housing development accessible from A18 Mountain Road and Claughbane Drive. Please include details on public rights of way (footpaths and highways) in the Ballastowell development and immediate surrounding areas. If no highways in the Ballastowell development are adopted (including but not exclusively: Ballastowell Gardens, Starkey Close, Kelly Close, Kermode Close, and Barrule Park) please detail where the public roads begin and end as they abut to Claughbane Drive and A18 Mountain Road (or other relevant highways depending on highway adoption in the area).
