We write further to your request which was received on 4th May 2022 and which states:
"Licence Information in relation to the Coach House Kennels and Cattery: The number of animals, by category; (dogs. cats. reptiles etc) the establishment is licensed to have at any one time, and any conditions applicable (especially noise, and opening/access times) to the operation of the business"
Our response to your request is as follows: I have detailed below the information that is being released to you. On the 4th May 2022 the Coach House Kennels was licenced, under the Animal Boarding Establishments (Isle of Man) Act, to board (overnight) 35 dogs and 18 cats. Following recent re-application and inspection they are now licenced for 35 dogs and 16 cats. The Animal Boarding Establishments (Isle of Man) Act only applies to cats and dogs. There is no requirement to have a licence to board other animals such as reptiles. There is currently no requirement to licence dog daycare businesses.
