We write further to your request which was received on 12 April 2022 and which states:

"I request all records of meeting rooms booked in the Legislative Building from January 14, 2022 to January 31, 2022 (inclusive)."

Our response Our response to your request is as follows: The rooms that can be booked in Legislative Buildings are: Barrool Suite Committee Room 1 Committee Room 2 Members' Room Millennium Room We have interpreted your request to mean meetings held in Legislative Buildings from January 14, 2022 to January 31, 2022 (inclusive). The information that we are providing are bookings made between the two dates excluding information held about private meetings of Tynwald Members. While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance some of the information specifically that related to meetings of Tynwald Members is absolutely exempt from disclosure under section 22 of the Freedom of Information Act 2015 in order to avoid an infringement of the privileges of Tynwald, namely that Members are entitled to confidentiality. The following meetings are excluded in the Meeting Information table below: • Presentations to Members • Committee Meetings

• Member Room Bookings Please find enclosed a copy of the signed certificate. Meeting Information The information we are providing is from our booking calendar. It is our procedure to transpose relevant information from the booking form to the calendar appointment therefore we are satisfied that the following information is a record of meeting rooms booked that we hold as per your request.
The Office book the Chambers for tours/workshops so they are included in our response. We have also included Sittings in Chambers as they are on our booking calendar. We have changed the list in the following ways before providing this to you: • Removed non-room calendar items • Removed non- Legislative Building – left in remote meetings • Removed officer names (signified by square brackets []) – officers undertaking work, their personal details add no value and should not be disclosed in this request.
