We write further to your request which was received on 31 March 2022 and which states:
"A request for OHR. Please can you confirm what date a further agency was allowed on to the Temporary Administrative and Secretarial Staff Services Select List against the terms of the contract? Also please confirm the reason they were allowed to join after the submission date together with the department/individual that sanctioned this?" We subsequently wrote to you to on 21 April 2022 to apologise that the response issued to you on 19 April 2022 was incorrect. Please find below the corrected final response below which is to replace this.
Our response to your request is as follows: A request for OHR. Please can you confirm what date a further agency was allowed on to the Temporary Administrative and Secretarial Staff Services Select List against the terms of the contract? 30 November 2021. Also please confirm the reason they were allowed to join after the submission date together with the department/individual that sanctioned this?" They were added due to being inadvertently missed from the tendering exercise. The department that sanctioned this was the Office of Human Resources, Cabinet Office. Please quote the reference number 2360658 in any future communications.
