We write further to your request which was received on 30 March 2022 and which states:

" I request all records relating to Ramsey Grammar School Toilets this calendar year. By "records" I mean as defined in the Freedom of Information Act. This is likely to include, but not be limited to, correspondence, minutes of meetings, records of work performed, and so on. By all other words above, I mean their common English language meaning." On 5 April 2022 we asked you to please specify what information it is that you are seeking in respect of the toilets at Ramsey Grammar School as the search for information is likely to return a high volume of sensitive student information that would require extensive redaction. On 7 April 2022 you responded as follows: “I am happy to limit my request to records relating to signage and any associated installation/construction.”

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the public authority does not hold or cannot, after taking reasonable steps to do so, find the information that you have requested.
