I write further to your request which was received on 24th March 2022 and which states:
"A list of all the Domestic Energy Assessors (DEA's) who successfully applied for and have joined the Select List framework agreement for the supply of DEA services to the Green Living Grant Scheme (GLGS) showing -

Each Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) is required to hold the Level 3 Diploma in Domestic Energy Assessment qualification.
- whether the Assessors are employed or self-employed:
DEA's can be either self-employed or employed. Particular employment arrangements between each contracted company and the individual assessors are not known to the Department.
- if they are employed the name and business address of their employer:
All agreements have been signed with businesses whose names are listed in answer 1.
