We write further to your request which was received on 3 March 2022 and which states:
"What amount in fees were paid by the IOM Treasury/Govt to Clifford Chance LLP in connection with the sustainability bond issue on TISE in September 2021?" The total amount paid to Clifford Chance LLP for professional services relating to the sustainable bond issue was £169,549.86 (excluding VAT), £203,459.83 (including VAT).
