I refer to Appendix 1c of your response to FoI request 2216150. On page 1, Alistair Burroughs of Burroughs Stewart Associates (BSA) in an email to Ian Longworth states "The brief for BSA was for the horse tram...." On page 2 in a response to the above email, Ian Longworth states "My understanding was that the brief for the design of the promenade...." I assume that they are referring to the project design brief. I would like a copy of the document(s) referred to in these statements, plus any amendments. If no such document exists, I would like a copy of the minutes of meetings or emails in which the project design brief (as applicable to BSA) was specified. Thanks

We write further to your request which was received on 22 February 2022 and which states:

"I refer to Appendix 1c of your response to FoI request 2216150. Our response to your request is as follows: Please see Appendix 1 which contains a Douglas Promenade Improvement Scheme Project Brief, intended to establish a firm foundation for the initiation of the Douglas Promenade Improvement Scheme. The attached memorandum in Appendix 2 was presented to Tynwald members in July 2017 providing mandate for the work to be undertaken and the scope of the scheme. Please quote the reference number 2282117 in any future communications.
