We write further to your request which was received 22 February 2022 and which states:

"Please could you provide the minutes to meetings held by the DHSC relating to or with the Care and Quality Commission that set out a schedule of inspection of Manx care services or care providers that have contracts with Manx Care by the CQC."

Our response:

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the Department of Health and Social Care ('the Department') is unable to provide the information that you have requested. This is in line with Section 11(3)a of the Act, as a practical refusal reason applies; namely we do not hold or cannot, after taking reasonable steps to do so, find the information that you have requested. To provide advice and assistance, no minutes exist and/or were taken as regarding Care Quality Commission (‘CQC’) that set out a schedule of inspection of Manx Care services or care providers that have contracts with Manx Care by the CQC. We can however confirm that the inspection phase is currently planned for between April – December 2022: • Adult Social Care Inspections due to take place between April and September 2022 (Including Services for Older People, Learning Disability Services & Social work and support services) • Dental Inspections due to take place between June and September 2022 • General Practice Inspections due to take place between June and September 2022 • Hospitals, Mental Health and Community Services due to take place between September to October 2022 (may extend into December 2022) Please note these may be subject to change.
