Dear Sir/Madam, I previously wrote to you in August 2021 with a similar query which you were unable to fulfil due to the extent of the review that would be required. I'm now writing with a modified request and a prioritised list of items which I hope you are able to fulfil. The items are in priority order, so if you are unable to fulfil the last item, please still fulfil the first 2. Item 1 Please could you provide the monthly index for every line item used in A - the CPI calculation from January 2008 to December 2021 B - the RPI calculation from June 2021 to December 2021 This is every underlying line item index for each category in the respective index. If you don't have data dating back as far as 2008 for A then please provide data as far back as you have it. Item 2 Weights for the underlying monthly line items at January 2008 and any subsequent dates at which the indices were unlinked or chain linked, for reweighting or otherwise. Item 3 Any other information which would be required to recalculate the monthly CPI from when it was first calculated to present.
