1. A copy of the "Roberts Report" which was referred to in paragraph 18 of the Judgement of the Employment and Equality Tribunal Case Number: 20/32 as having been "......delivered to Mr Will Greenhow, the Chief Secretary of the Cabinet Office at about the end of March 2019." and 2. Copies of all correspondence with the Cabinet Office relating to the Report . Paragraph 19 of the Tribunal 's Judgement records - 19. "Mr Greenhow confirmed in writing to the Complainant that a précis of the Report indicated that the majority of his ten allegations had not been upheld. Two had been partially upheld. The allegation that Mr XY had knowingly sanctioned deliberate pollution of controlled waters was upheld in full.

We write further to your request which was received on 20 January 2022 and which states:

"1. A copy of the "Roberts Report" which was referred to in paragraph 18 of the Judgement of the Employment and Equality Tribunal Case Number: 20/32 as having been "......delivered to Mr Will Greenhow, the Chief Secretary of the Cabinet Office at about the end of March 2019." and 2.
