We write further to your request which was received on 5 January 2022 and which states:

"Could you provide the list of buildings owned by the government that is sublet to business across the island and also the yearly income from these." Whilst our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the Department does not hold or cannot, after taking reasonable steps to do so find some of the information that you have requested. The Commercial Team within the Public Estates and Housing Division of the Department of Infrastructure manages most rental properties owned by the Department of Infrastructure. The Commercial Team also manages some rental properties in the ownership of the Department for Enterprise and the Department of Environment Food and Agriculture on their behalf. Below is a list of all buildings within the Commercial Team’s portfolio (as detailed above) which are leased to businesses. The total annual rental income to the Department from these buildings is £2,423,652.13 per annum.
