Original Request
I would like to request the results of the Have Your Say Pulse Survey 5: Leadership for the Department of Education, Sport and Culture. I would like the results of average score per question published and broken down by the following categories: individual primary schools, individual secondary schools and individual support services (limited to: Visual Support, Hearing Support, Music Service, Youth Service). The purpose of which is to identify views towards leadership in each individual school and service instead of the more general categories as used in Pulse Survey 4. Also, I would like to find out why the Have Your Say Pulse Survey 5: Leadership was not published on November 24th as previously advertised.

Dear ###
We write further to your request which was received on 9 December 2021 and which states:
"I would like to request the results of the Have Your Say Pulse Survey 5: Leadership for the Department of Education, Sport and Culture. Also, I would like to find out why the Have Your Say Pulse Survey 5: Leadership was not published on November 24th as previously advertised."
While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the Cabinet Office does not hold some of the information that you have requested. I have attached the information that is being released to you by the Office of Human Resources, Cabinet Office. It is a table with the data you have requested regarding the Leadership Pulse Survey and the average score per question broken down by categories. The data in the table is taken from the reports produced reflecting the areas with enough data to produce one. Whilst we publish the Departmental results through an organisation wide communication, the publication of the results for divisional and service areas/teams is left to the discretion of Chief Officers for their Departments/Boards/Offices. For further information you would need to contact them directly or submit a Freedom of Information request. Have Your Say Pulse Survey 5: Leadership was not published on November 24th 2021 as we were unable to publish reports on the intended date as we did not receive the full data set required to complete the reports until the week ending Friday 3rd December 2021 through our survey provider. Please quote the reference number 2137409 in any future communications.
