This FOI request is to find out if the following planning conditions have been met Planning approval for 17/01083/B (attached) states that. 3. The development shall not commence until such times as plans, elevations and/or sections as appropriate at a scale of 1:20 have been approved in writing by, the Department in respect of: a) Dormer windows; b) Windows; c) Rainwater goods; d) String course; e) Cornices; f) Chimneys, to include chimney pots; g) Flashings; h) Front door, to include arched window above and lamps either side i) Hood moulds; and j) Dwarf walls and railings, to include posts. And 5. No development shall commence until a sample of the natural slate to be used in the construction of the roof has been provided on site and approved as acceptable in writing by the Department. The approved sample panel shall be kept on site for reference until the development is completed. The development shall not be carried out unless in accordance with the approved details. We write further to your request which was received on 6th December 2021 and which states:
"This FOI request is to find out if the following planning conditions have been met Planning approval for 17/01083/B (attached) states that. 3. Have these planning conditions been met?" Response The answer to ‘Have these planning conditions been met?’ is No, they have not been met. Conditions have not been met because the Department has not received ‘plans/elevations and/or sections as appropriate’. Nor has it received notification that works have commenced and therefore has not received any other details to satisfy the conditions.
Further information The approval of Planning application 17/01083/B was conditioned to be actioned within four years of the issue date (the notice was issued 1/12/17, thus the deadline was 30/11/21).
